You might think that they are old fashioned at this point in 2020, but a funky and fun doormat can be the little accessory touch that really takes your front door area from being just okay to great! You don’t need us to tell you just many design choices and shapes there are out there on the market.

  • Flowers

If you have some nice wall space on either side of your front door, you can frame the door in handing flowers or hanging baskets that can make it look like something out of a whimsical French movie. The great thing about doing this is that you can follow the seasons and keep the flowers you display in accordance with the time of year.

  • New Paint

When was the last time you gave your front door a fresh coat of paint? A long time ago, right!? If you have gotten bored by the neutral colour that you see every time you let yourself in, then be bold and pick something vibrant to replace it with. Don’t be afraid to stand out in your street, people will be jealous that you made a big home changing decision!
